Shipping policy
Please allow us 2-5 business days for shipping times. This excludes weekends and Holidays. During large Sales (Black Friday) shipping times may be extended. USPS creates our shipping Rates.
If your contact information was typed in wrong, we are not able to edit your contact information and you will not be able to receive any updates.
If your order states (in transit) this means USPS is in possession of your package, unfortunately we do not work for them which means that we see the same tracking information that you do.
All priority packages come with Insurance, if your package has been received damage, you can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for damaged packages due to post office staff, fragile stickers are applied to each and all of our packages.
If any package is shipped back to us we will refund the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping which has already been paid for as we print out the label, so please make sure to double check your address before completing your order.
if your order was marked delivered, according to your tracking number, and you did not receive the order, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
please make sure to verify your package address, we are not responsible for delivering to a incorrect address if the address is the one used one placing your order. Please keep in mind that we have no control over changing or fixing an incorrect address after your order has shipped. Make sure that all of your information is correct including( full name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number)
If there is ever a mistake on our part, we will do whatever we can to solve the issue. You have one week (7 days) post the delivery date to notify us of the issue via email, if it has been more than one week meaning (7 days) after the delivery date, there are no exceptions and we will not be able to correct the issue
